There is a cost associated with mediation through vanDaan.
VanDaan performs most of its assignments on the basis of Recruitment & Selection to which direct employment from the employer is attached. If the employer chooses a fixed period of temp or secondment you will be informed about this from the beginning. So no surprises afterwards.
The moment you send an open application or respond via one of our vacancies, we will contact you within 24 hours. Based on our conversation, together we will determine the continuation of your enrollment.
If your vacancy is not listed but you would like to take on a new challenge, you can send an open application. We will then contact you and explore the possibilities together.
Yes, Job placement is about connecting people. vanDaan works on behalf of employers and receives a commission on this. Expanding our network through candidates recommended by you is very valuable to us in return for a bonus of €500,00 euro if the candidate is still completely happy in his place after 3 months.
Answer: vanDaan Recruitment operates mainly in Limburg and North Brabant. We also work outside this region with some regularity. Think of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
